He is founder/cofounder of Career Compass a company into career counselling, SIMER, Pylons Technology, an IT startup which specializes in ERP application for MSMSE, Shri Sawariya Fortified, a food processing startup. He has been a visiting faculty to a host of coaching institutes, schools and colleges across Chhattisgarh. His interest area is guiding and mentoring as well as teaching subjects in Marketing & HR

He is conferred with Green belt in Six Sigma methodologies for demonstrating outstanding competence and skills in six sigma workshops. He has presented/ published numerous research papers on National/ International levels on the themes of derivatives, M & A, Services Marketing etc.

She is also a Trainer Member in CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) of our Institute whereby she imparts training on verbal ability to improve communication skills of management program participants.
